Returns 

 Prior to sending any merchandise back to Jungle Jim's Supply, you must first contact Jungle Jim Supply to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization).

We will need know

Reason for the return
Purchase price of the item(s)

Please specify whether you would like an exchange, a refund or a bankcard credit.
You can expedite an exchange by placing a new order with your bankcard and returning the unwanted merchandise in new and unused condition for credit.

Please note that because JungleJInSupply.com stock changes quickly we may not be able to make requested exchanges.
 If this is the case, we will credit your bankcard for the purchase amount plus shipping for returned item.

However some items we cannot ship this way if it comes from our Supplier #2 so it would be advisable to email me first and check.
