  1. What if my order is placed on a Friday or Weekend or Holiday?
    Jungle Jim's Supply will ship all orders within one business day of receipt. Orders received before 12:00 noon PST will most likely be shipped the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PST will be shipped the following business day. For orders received on Friday, every attempt will be made to ship orders by close of business Friday. Orders received on the weekend or a holiday will be placed and shipped on the next work day.

  2. Additional Fee's
    Certain fees may apply for smaller orders as detailed below. • ALL Orders under $10 $4.00 fee • ALL Orders between $10 and $100 $1.00 fee

  3. Overnight or next day air shipments

  4. Returns
    All merchandise that is returned for convenience is subject to a 20% restock fee. Prior to sending any merchandise back to Jungle Jim, you must first contact your Sales Representative to obtain a RA# (Return Authorization). All fee's for shipping returns are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. In Stock and Back Ordered Product
    • If all of the products on your order are in stock, Jungle Jim will immediately fulfill the order. • Any orders that are only partially in stock will be held until 100% of the order is filled. • Requests to ship partial orders must be communicated to your Sales Representative.

  6. Product Pricing
    Prices are subject to change without notice. Regardless of price change you will pay the price listed when you submitted the order.

  7. Out of Stock Items
    Jungle Jim's inventory is updated every 24 hours occasionally an item may show that it is in stock when in actually it is not. If an item shows less than one in stock it may be between updates.

We ship to APO / AE and FPO addresses using USPS Priority One mail for all of our active military service personnel. However some items we cannot ship this way if it comes from our Supplier #2 so it would be advisable to email me first and check. I can have it shipped to me and reship it to you but shipping will take longer than normal. Jungle Jim is proud of your service, and your dedication to our nation. We support you in every way.
